Victor is the Senior Business development in Amazin' Graze. His role includes leading an organizational turn-around result in greater revenue and work very closely with the CEOs, retailer’s managers and sales associate teams to develop new business opportunities, building of local regional distribution networks, marketing activities, and further expansion.

I have been with Amazin' Graze close to one and a half years.

How do you feel knowing that we’re/they’re turning 3 years old this year?
You know what it is. It is time to celebrate what we have accomplished! ...But it's also time to raise the bar a little higher. Expanding our company internationally will be the next step!

What do you love the most about your job here?
I, myself genuinely enjoy making contacts and spending time talking with people, building connections. In fact, the most rewarding part is the time spent with customers. This is because I am able to use my food & nutrition knowledge to direct customers toward making the right decision about a product.

In what way has Amazin’ Graze helped you grow as a person?
I think AG has provided a very good platform for me to grow personally. I have learned that success is not to be measured by rank or position that one has reached, but by the obstacles which we had to overcome in order to succeed.

Tell us, what’s your favourite product from Amazin’ Graze?
I must say, Amazin' Graze make the best tasting and nutritious granolas & nut mixes in the market. Their product has a very good repute. I enjoy every products, especially the Hazelnut Blackforest Granola, Mocha Latte Granola and more!

Finally, what are your hopes for the company in the future?
Amazin' Graze has built a loyal customer base by educating consumers on product benefits. We treasure all our customers and team members’ feedback to design and implement better ways of doing business and I hope we can continue to grow and expand regionally.

It has been 9 months since I began my journey with Amazin’ Graze

 

How do you feel knowing that they’re turning 3 years old this year?

I am in awe knowing that AG is only turning three years of age. Most times when I share about AG to my friends, they would have think that it is already an established food manufacturer in the market rather than still a growing start-up business. It is exciting to see what is ahead in AG.

 

What do you love the most about your job here?

I love the cooperation and support given by my teammates throughout both good and challenging moments. With these, I enjoy my tasks and I am able to look forward to achieve more in AG.

 

In what way has Amazin’ Graze helped you grow as a person?

They have definitely taught me the skill of multitasking; to always think ahead and look at a bigger perspective in all my tasks. It also gave me the confidence to believe in the things I do. The company has taught me to have the accountability and responsibility with the people I meet daily (colleagues, customers and other stakeholders) as well.

 

Tell us, what’s your favourite product from Amazin’ Graze?

My favourite product would be Salted Gula Melaka Granola - the first AG snack that I tried when my friend shared it with me in early 2017.

My spirit animal is the Eagle. Eagle are resilient, unafraid of the unknown and approaches challenges with courage and determination.

 

Finally, what are your hopes for the company in the future?

I hope that Amazin’ Graze will continue to stand firm in the market, believing in itself; having the full confidence to bring out a fun and interesting concept to the society. I also hope that more people will acknowledge this company for what it is and will be able to partner with it in some ways.

How long have you been with Amazin’ Graze ?

I’ve been with Amazin’ Graze since we started out I Singapore close to 3 years ago.

 

How do you feel knowing that we’re/they’re turning 3 years old this year?

Time flies and it does not feel like it’s been 3 years, even though we have seen lots of growth and changes in recent years. I feel encouraged by the steps we took to get to where we are today and inspired to continue striving for more successes in the coming years.

 

What do you love the most about your job here?

I love the fact that we are making a very tangible societal impact from what we do every day ; which is introducing healthy snacks to our partners and customers. There is a great need for more conscious eating and every customers we gained is a reason to celebrate.

 

In what way has Amazin’ Graze helped you grow as a person?

I have grown a lot professionally to understand the challenges and needs of the market and industry better. Physically, I have grown a little too from the nourishments of our snacks.

 

Tell us, what’s your favourite product from Amazin’ Graze?

My favourite product is the Hazelnut Blackforest granola. The combination of the rich chocolatey indulgence and freshly baked, and crunchy snack.
